The drugs were smuggled to Mizoram from neighbouring Cachar district. Abdul Hussein (39) of Pangzawl village and Hizbul Rahman (26) of Baghabazar, Cachar district, Assam were arrested last evening and sent to the district jail in Lunglei, the sources said.
