Leading the biggest mass prayer at Aizawl's Assam Rifles Ground this morning, Aizawl Mosque imam Maulana Fahim Ahmed Chowdury recited verses from the Koran.
"We wholeheartedly pray for peace and harmony in the country on the occasion of the Eid Mubarak. We want that people to unite, and for the sake of humanity, should give up violence and live in peace and harmony," Chowdury said.
