New Delhi, Mar 13 : The Congress on Thursday announced a list of 25 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections for seats falling in Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland and Chandigarh.
New Delhi (ABC Live): The Congress on Thursday announced a list of 25 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections for seats falling in Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland and Chandigarh.
 
The list includes as under:
 
  1. Kamalnath (Union Minister for Commerce and Industries): Chhindwara(Madhya Pradesh)
  2.  Jyotiraditya Scindia ((Minister of State, Communications): Guna(Madhya Pradesh)
  3.  Pawan Kumar Bansal (Minister of State, Finance):Chandigarh
  4.  Santosh Mohan Dev (Heavy Industries): Silchar(Assam)
  5. B K Handique (Minister of State, Chemical and Fertilizer): Jorhat(Assam)
  6. Kantilal Bhuria (Minister of State, Agriculture): Ratlam(Madhya Pradesh)
  7. Ashok Singh: Gwalior(Madhya Pradesh)
  8. MK Subba:Tezpur(Assam)
  9.  P S Ghatwar:Dibrugarh(Assam)
Of the 25 seats for which candidates were declared, 12 are from Madhya Pradesh, 11 are from Assam and one each from Chandigarh and Nagaland.
