CPL in Mizoram agrees to transform Raj Bhavan

Aizawl, Mar 2 : The Congress Legislature Party (CPL) in Mizoram has agreed to transform the proposed Raj Bhavan at the New Capital Complex here into the much-awaited Mizoram High Court building.
