today appealed to Union Minister for DoNER Gen (retd) V K
Singh that the DoNER Ministry clear all the Non-Lapsable
Central Pool of Resources (NLCPR) projects in the northeast,
an official statement said.
Lal Thanhawla, who met Singh in Delhi, said that the
concerned ministries used to delay approval of the projects
resulting in the delay in implementation of projects under the
NLCPR.
