A detailed programme of the session would be chalked out by the Assembly's Business Advisory Committee which is likely to meet soon. With the first election to the Aizawl Municipal Council to be held by October end, the session was likely to be a stormy one with the opposition likely to raise the issues of price rise, shortage of essential commodities including oil, LPG and rice and general law and order situation.
